So, there was no Christ yet existing in the beginning but only a “predetermined plan and foreknowledge of God (Acts 2:23) regarding the creation of Christ. God had Christ already in His mind as a plan even before Christ came to exist. The reason why the “word was with God” is because what was with God in the beginning was not Christ Himself but God’s Word…His knowledge or plan to create Christ.
The term Word in John 1:1 and 14 was translated from the Greek word “Logos”. The Logos or Word as be understood from the pronouncement of Apostle Peter was not Christ Himself pre-existing as God, but a plan or thought coming from God.
Another most frequently used is Philippians 2:6. Reading further on verse 9 it states “Wherefore God also jas highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name. The existence of two distinct beings is obvious: One is God who has highly exalted Christ and the other one is Christ who has been highly exalted by God. If Christ was God, how could He be highly exalted and be given the name which is above every name by God? How could Christ and the God who exalted Him be both truly God?
“Being in the form of God” and “being God” does not mean the same thing. They are in fact spiritually incomparable. Man was created in the image of God. The Catholic understanding of this is that there is only one God but there are three divine Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Notice, too, that the Father is of equal dignity with the Son. So if you say “God the Father”, you should also say “God the Son”.

THE TWO TEACHING OF DEMONS REVEALED by the BIBLE
